Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required. You can reach out directly through our contact form, by phone, or by email and we will help you find the right fit.

Yes. Both secure virtual and in-person appointments are available. You can choose what works best for you, and switch between formats over time if needed.

Many extended health benefit plans cover psychotherapy, psychology, or social work services. Coverage varies — we recommend confirming with your provider and we are happy to issue receipts for reimbursement.

Our intake team will learn about your goals and preferences and match you with a clinician whose training and approach align. If the fit isn’t right, we will help you transition to someone better suited.

Your first session is a supportive conversation focused on understanding your story, your goals, and any concerns. There’s no pressure — we move at your pace.

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. Couple, family, and assessment sessions may be longer depending on the work.

Most clients begin weekly or bi-weekly, then space sessions further apart as goals are met. Frequency is something you and your therapist decide together.

Yes. Your privacy is protected by professional ethics and Ontario privacy law. Limits to confidentiality (such as risk of harm) will be explained in your first session.

Fees vary by clinician and service type. Please reach out and we will share current rates and discuss any sliding-scale options that may be available.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
